Farm-to-table culinary weekend this June

It’s time for another Culinary Weekend at Rancho Santana! We’ll be using our farm’s bounty of an inspirational and gastronomical weekend.

We welcome back Michelin Star rated Chef Mark Dommen of One Market Restaurant in San Francisco. He will join the team at La Finca y el Mar for a culinary themed weekend June 13-15. The weekend will consist of food-related tours, demonstrations, tastings and specialty meals.

In addition to Chef Mark, we’ll have special demonstrations by BRRR Ice Cream and other local providers. All culinary demonstrations are free of charge. We’ll also be holding a rum tasting, beachside pig roast, and more.

Don’t forget to reserve now for the Weekly Beast Dinner on Sunday, June 15. This four course meal will showcase ocean-fresh products direct from the Pacific. All those who reserve for the Weekly Beast will be entered to win a fishing trip with Chef Mark.
